Good luck on that. We have a few developers whose motto is "If it isn't
green, it isn't a screen." Seriously. These people were all in a class
years ago where we had Jon Paris come on site to teach us CODE/400.

I so wish I could have gotten permission from the boss to either secure
out PDM or remove it from the system for 60 days.
