As part of my OS upgrade instructions I have some steps on how to handle
this. It works for me but Mr. Pence discourages some of the steps I do
therefore, as not to lead you astray, I will not share those steps. You
are running 7.1, right? You should have IBM support. I suggest calling
them at (in the states) 800-IBM-SERV and opening a ticket. Me, I prefer
opening the incident on their website at
https://www-946.ibm.com/support/servicerequest
