Make sure the passwords are the same, and then see if that helps. I
don't see an error 86 - you may need to call IBM.

I am trying to access a directory on a server on our network via our

I am getting error CPDB053.  The details of the error include:

An error has been detected while  Network Server file system was
exchanging security information with a  Network Server. The error class
was 1, and the error code was 86.

I am trying to determine what Error Class 1, Error Code 86 means.  I am
guessing it may be that my iseries password and my password on the
network server are not the same.

Any advice or information is  appreciated.

Thanks & Have a Blessed Day.
