Back in the day, in RPG, if you wanted to open the same file multiple
times and at the same time you might have multiple F specs and you would
use OVRDBF to point the physical and/or logical to the right F spec. In
addition to saving keystrokes the abbreviations in SQL are occasionally
used for that kind of processing. This is what you are seeing below.
