Besides the full DSPOBJD [service and full] for clues, the DSPCMD is also a place to look; then the library of the command and the library of the CPP, esp. review for any "product" objects.

Perhaps that command provides a customized interface to activate the QuestView feature that creates [or per the command title, effects a 'setup' for] a /View Program/ as noted is available since early 2004 per "<plug> ... QuestView now has a 'Journal View' mode, that can display, print, and even create View Programs over a journaled file's record-level journal entries.</plug>"?:
