SSD's by themselves will not, but you might gain significant throughput 
and interactive performance gains, depending deeply on the I/O pattern 
of your applications.  Truth is 90% of customers fit into at least a P20 
if not a P10 tier and with an older machine there is a very strong 
possibility that the tier level will drop to P10.
