Normally TGTRLS is not a concern with tables and indexes. The only time
it does become a concern is if you use something that's not supported on
an earlier release. For example, trying to restore a table with a
sequence column on to a release prior to those which supported that. And,
in that case, all a tgtrls would do is prevent you from creating it on
your new system in the first place - so what's the point, other than to
avoid looking up what's not supported on earlier releases? Not having
TGTRLS on CREATE TABLE does not preclude you from using SAVOBJ TGTRLS(...)
