The jobs affected are all the jobs with the job name equal to the name of your server instance.

As to users, well, not without a lot of luck and or work. The users are not ON the iSeries, actually, and there is an access log, if you enabled it - you could search that for IP addresses - there are apache log readers that will parse that, I believe - I forget - the parsers either work with the access logs or the error logs.
