I think there are some tools that enable a "job time" capability. This is one solution to the timezone problem, where users in different time zone than the server see the wrong date/time values.

Otherwise, the server partition owns the clock, and is common for all jobs running there. Sorry.

I have a need to change the job time. I am testing some programs that are
time sensitive and I do not have a month of Sundays to wait for the
appropriate time to do the testing. It would be nice if CHGJOB did it.
As the time is needed in multiple programs, changing in debug is not
