I think there are some tools that enable a "job time" capability. This is one solution to the timezone problem, where users in different time zone than the server see the wrong date/time values.

Otherwise, the server partition owns the clock, and is common for all jobs running there. Sorry.

time sensitive and I do not have a month of Sundays to wait for the
