RE: CL programming standards

Yowsie, this is the first I've heard of this:  Jim Sloan was the creator of S/38 CL?  I know he was on the development team with IBM at the inception of "FS (Future System)" which became S/38, but .  .  .  

Is there coroboration for this claim?
