A couple of things to note, merely FWiW:
The long google link above is for this:
_i V6R1M0 APAR SE50787 modified: 2012-04-24 i_
http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=nas2cada1ae208a4adf38625798b0041ef0b
"
Abstract:
 TCPIP-FTP-F/QTMFSRVR-MSGTCP3D2C WRKPRB ENTRY BEING GENERATED
WHEN NETWORK PORT SCANNER RUNS. 5761 F/QTMFSRVR RC030D0004
Error Description:
WRKPRB entry being generated when network port scanner runs.

"
Note that the PTF shows "1000" [where the cumulative identifier would
normally show], meaning the PTF is not on a cumulative. That also
signifies the PTF shown may be a *supersede* for the PTF for the APAR
being viewed versus the originally corrective\preventive fix. Review of
that PTF SI46251 shows the actual corrective\preventive PTF in the list
of "Supersedes" [as inferred by the APAR title line]; i.e. the:
SI46097 is the PTF for APAR SE50787
Looking up that PTF to verify that is indeed the correct PTF and to
find any requisites [though already known there are none, per supersede
having none]:
http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=nas38059add3ef7b86c2862579cf005dae54
Anyhow, that is the correct PTF to use for searching the cross
reference listing to v7r1, which yields:
            ORIGIN ORIGIN TARGET TARGET
   PRODUCT VRM PTF/FIX VRM PTF/FIX
   ------- ------- ------- ------ -------
   5761TC1 V6R1M0 SI46097 V7R1M0 PENDING
Best to await the availability of the correct PTF. Being a different
version, the APAR number will change, so although what Rob suggested is
essentially what is desirable, the actual APAR to track is one that is
not yet generally published; awaiting the GA of its PTF SI46097. The
APAR of interest is referred to as the SYSROUTE of SE50787; i.e. the
equivalent to APAR SE50787 that is copied\routed\reOpened [sysRouted]
into another version, in this case from V6 to V7.

Gee, if you were running 6.1 I'd say take a look at this
http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=rc030d0004&source=web&cd=3&sqi=2&ved=0CEMQFjAC&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww-01.ibm.com%2Fsupport%2Fdocview.wss%3Fuid%3Dnas2cada1ae208a4adf38625798b0041ef0b&ei=e-enT4nEJYWQ9gSW5e2YAw&usg=AFQjCNEhTaW5sWWP2Q307MJd2uZF0LPLpw&cad=rja
and get SI46251.
I took a look at the 6.1 to 7.1 ptf cross reference available at
http://www-912.ibm.com/s_dir/sline003.nsf/2d3aff1c6b4d6ce086256453000d971e/0b241f6fef1dd47f862577060078e5fb?OpenDocument
Apparently they are still working on the 7.1 ptf.
          ORIGIN ORIGIN TARGET TARGET
                 PRODUCT VRM PTF/FIX VRM PTF/FIX

                 5761TC1 V6R1M0 SI46573 V7R1M0 PENDING
                          V6R1M0 SI46251 V7R1M0 PENDING
Open a ticket reference APAR SE50787 and tell them you want the 7.1
PTF.
