Sorry for the slow response (trying to get caught up after COMMON)

I see that you're receiving an UnsupportedClassVersionError, and that 
means that the version of Java you're using doesn't support the Java 
classes you've given them.

In other words...  you need a newer version of Java than the one you're 
currently running with.

If this works for some users but not others, then I'd say you probably 
have the right version of Java /installed/, but your configuration is 
causing an older version of Java to be used for some circumstances. 
Check the JAVA_HOME variable and the java.version property (in 
SystemDefaults.properties) to see if the wrong one may be set.
