Fw: IBM Electronic Entry of Service Requests

I just got this email. List strips some detail but basically "IBM
Electronic Entry of service requests web page" is in blue and underlined
which suggests a web link. So I click on it and I go to
http://ibm.com/support/ece/ which basically says

Our apologies...

The document you requested does not exist on this server or cannot be
served.

404 Not Found


I'll go ahead and do that but in case there's any lurkers on this who may
work on this faster.
