That could be. We had IBM do a swap out one time and one frame was daisy
chained to itself. He'd had a lot of issues, was relatively new, and had
been here a LOT of consecutive straight hours. How he got out of here
with the machine in that condition I can't remember, but we did have to
call him back in. He almost left IBM that day.

I'd call IBM hardware and ask for help.
