I do regret the extra expenditure the customer will incur, however he's doing the right thing. He should also follow up with a call/letter to IBM about the behavior of the BP. The more we push BPs to be professional to get, keep, and maintain the required certifications, train their people and follow up with solid business practices, the better off we all are.
