AFAIK (at least with V5R3) you can't do a DSPPGMREF with *QRYDFN.

I seem to remember that a way to check the files used in *QRYDFN objects
was to run a RTVQMQRY and then search the source members for the desired
file(s). SOmething like:

RTVQMQRY QMQRY(MYLIB/MYQRY)
SRCFILE(TEMP_LIB/QRY_SOURCE)
ALWQRYDFN(*YES)
