Are they using a client based editing tool such as RDP or WDSC and when
they close that it asks if they want to save changes and they say yes.

Subject: source member timestamp updating when developer ends session

One of my customers is experiencing a problem that I am sure I read
about on midrange not too long ago, but I have searched and searched and
cannot find a hit on it.
One of the developers has some of the members they edited that day get a
new change timestamp right at the moment they sign off from the system.
I'm pretty sure they are not leaving the member open because the last
time it was actually 2 members that ended up with the exact same
timestamp at the same time they signed off. They are on V7R1 and had
just applied some PTFs when this started happening.

Does anyone remember reading about this?
Thanks
