Hi David;

I am here as I couldn't find a satisfactory answer there in JDE forum :)

My question is simple:

Is there any instruction or documentation where I can find the acivation of
the e-mail functionality of AS/400 database in coordination with Microsoft
Outlook...You can neglect the JDE part of the issue on that point.

Many thanks for your understanding.
I'd be more than happy if you could help me on this.

We use JDE World setup on AS/400 database (ISeries) . There are some
menus especially in "credit management" where you can send bulk
generic messages to the customers. But it seems that the mechanism
is inactive and not sending any messages through the JDE ERP
system... Our concern is ;

While JDE isn't off-topic on this list ... you might find a better
response on a dedicated JDE forum. I recommend http://www.jdelist.com/.
