The fun part of this is that this IBMer will practically hold my hand
through this whole process. Yep, he'll be on my system remotely Thursday
night, after hours, to do one lpar for about 6 hours. And Monday during
the day (it's a backup lpar that's better down during the day) for about
the same duration on another lpar. So, yes, occasionally I get a little
torqued because I don't get the particular PTF mentioned, but good service
like this more than compensates. I often start "assist on site" and let
him rip through it while observing.

Be a bear though to go through this effort to find out that one of the
perm applied PTF's was the one in question though.
