The following query worked already under release V5R2
with x as (select * from MySchema/MyTable
where ...
Order By ...
Fetch first 15 rows only),
y as (select * from x
where ...
fetch first 3 rows only)
Select * from y;

The following query works under release 6.1 and higher:
Select *
From (Select *
from (Select * from MySchema/MyTable
Where .....
Order By ....
Fetch first 15 rows only) x
Where ...
Fetch first 3 rows only) y;;
