Sometimes they defer mail delivery due to patterns and don't bother to report the real reason (just say 'due to user complaints'), but when I get a report it's because someone clicked on the "Report as spam" button.

If you attended my email security presentation at COMMON, you would know this is because I'm signed up for feedback loops with a number of the major mail providers. <grin/>
