Why would you need to keep compile listings?

No, it's all in one OutQ. Unfortunately, straight deleting based on date
doesn't help. These are compile listings, and I need to keep the latest
splf of each, regardless of how old it is.

I thought about writing it but I really don't have the time. I don't
have
enough experience with APIs to be comfortable with them yet.

Maybe when things slow down (if they ever do) I could give it a whack.

I do not know of such a utility. And I can see the purpose of it. It
shouldn't be too hard to write by utilizing either the List Spool Files
API or the Open List of Spool Files API. I've used those.
