Chris,

That works really well for a single system or ones that are configured 
with the NFS sharing.  Those of us who have to have all the groups etc. 
find the FTP seems to be more flexible in the end.

The other massive reason for using FTP is you get to name the file and 
the directory it's in, so for instance the hiper group I just downloaded 
is called:   Hiper_66_1.bin.  Now I know that's a Hiper at level 66 
right away.
