Well, WRKDSKSTS 'was' looking good...

Not content to let sleeping dogs lie I thought I'd run a TRCASPBAL to
check out which disks are written more than others. Then I'd run a
STRASPBAL *USAGE to balance them by usage. Well, apparently something's
all hosed up.
Now the %Used is all over the map and the new drives aren't being touched
by %busy.

I'll call IBM.
