Re: LTO5 prices now that LTO6 are out

Tape and device prices on LTO5 have already started dropping.  Since the 
density at LTO5 is so much better than LTO4, most of my clients have 
gone straight to 5.  For you it's a density issue.  If your backups fit 
on an LTO 4 tape nicely with some room to spare, I'd stay there.  If you 
consistently need two LTO4 tapes, the LTO5 might save you money in the 
end with media costs.  So the old answer holds, "It depends" on your 
situation.
