Things we've done:

Integrated to document libraries to feed and version control reporting and forms from the iSeries. (Can also be hooked up to workflows.)

Created web parts to surface DB2 data. Cool thing is this feels integrated to Sharepoint yet it's just a component.

Business Data Connector - Can surface data in lists.

We also offer customized training classes on .Net and iSeries integration as well.
