Seems like I'm always replacing cache batteries too... even though it's

Am I understanding that midrange.com is now on an i series? But not
stuffcrust?

www.midrange.com is running on Frankie 3 ... which is an iSeries.

All the other sites, archives, wiki, imho, etc, run on Linux systems with
intel hardware.

At one time, a long time ago, there was discussion about IBM loaning me
some iSeries hardware to run midrange on ... but, at the time, I wasn't
able to pursue it ... and when I was able to pursue it, the person at IBM
had left.
