Take a little time to learn to (find and) read the syntax diagrams offered

It's not that hard, just follow the lines and arrows. You will see that
use of the as-subquery-clause precludes specification of constraints in the
create table statement. As suggested by others, create the table, then use
alter table to add primary key constraint.

But none of this helps your case as it seems tables QTEMP are not allowed
to have constraints. You can, however, create a unique index in QTEMP over
your table in QTEMP.
