ESS would work if I were given the right info from the IBM employee. She
says, "I have been contacting several IBM software portals in attempt to
find out this information for the customer."

She gave me a bogus SWMA contract number a few minutes ago. I responded that
she needs to stop playing with the software portals and make a direct call
to somebody in Boulder. I know she doesn't work in Boulder because her
direct fax number is in the San Francisco area.

Make sure, if you go to 6.1 to try to get 6.1.1. This might make it
easier to do unload/reloads to slightly newer hardware.

Have you tried going to the ESS site for the discs at
http://www.ibm.com/eserver/ess/

They don't put full sets of media at
ftp://testcase.boulder.ibm.com/fromibm/os400/
Just the base CD(s)
