I am using the term correctly.
Technology refresh is the package, it's the group PTF. The base marker PTF is MF99006, which you can download for the past two weeks. That is NOT TR6, that is the base PTF.
I believe that TR6 will be out within the next 2 weeks.

Once again, TR6 is a term often thrown at multiple things.
First there's the actual MF99006 for the LIC portion., whenever that's expected.
Then there's SF99707, level 6. Which includes MF99006, plus a bunch of other stuff.
Then there's the new DB2 group ptf, due out March 8, 2013.
