We have our warranted reason. Failure to do so, and then finding out you
need to do so but not being able to for another calendar quarter, is
undesirable.

The only drawback IBM listed was that you will have an extended period of
outage. True. However, we switch over to our backup machine on Friday
night and only switch back at a particular time late on Sunday. So it all
fits in that window. We don't mess around with that Sunday window since
it's about a 1/2 hour to hour outage during the switch and shipments are
planned around that.
