Yes, odd. Odd as in an apparent defect [or the files were re-created with their original date, just as with their proper /owned by the OS/ service information]. Supposition that /apparently... conflicts/ does not reflect the design AFaIK. Further investigation may be warranted, to ensure that there was no data loss by the *DBXREF, or to determine if perhaps the /not found/ condition being reported might actually be some other issue.
