V7 has been load as catalog and verified.
PTF's(CUME and groups) have been loaded as a catalog and verified.

It should be in the ready state that you show, but have you done all the preliminary steps listed in the upgrade guide? The IBM publication number is SC41-5120-11. Google for it and you can then download the pdf.
You should also have image catalogs set up for the PTF's you will want to install right after your upgrade.
