Hi,
I think you want to use the QWCLOBJL API.

Sorry, this may be a silly question...I have searched the lists here and
also Googled looking for an answer without much success.
I am wondering if there is a way to access the attributes for WRKOBJLCK
directly or do I have to output results to a spool file then copy to
physical file to parse it?
What I am trying to do (just in case anyone knows of a better way to
it) is figure out if a particular file has a lock on it. If so, sendbreak
message to the user warning them they have a set amount of time to exitthe
system.end
If they have not signed off in the set amount of time, then I want to
their job.
Thank you for any input you might have.
