I agree with Pete. Cause you now have: iOS, Android, Windows 8 Phone,
Windows 8 RT/Metro, Blackberry 10, Ubuntu phone, and much more coming.
While true you don't HAVE to support every OS. You CAN support every OS
with a properly designed responsive HTML 5 application. It is much less
work than learning the nuances of every OS.
