You have to select "Data Access" -- I think there's even a section underneath called "Data Transfer", or something like that. In the past, it hasn't been selected by default, so if a user just took the defaults you had to go back and do a "change
install" to include it. But I haven't done an installl for a while, so I'm not sure what the defaults are now.
