I'll second that guess.

Although I have seen some ridiculous charges over the years. Like an
administrative fee simply because I moved my machine from one city to
another. Same box, serial number, model, processor. Just a simple load
it on the truck, move, unload.

And the fees by whatever name Premenos goes by this week, egads!
