Does the table already contain data? If not, delete the column and re-add. iNav allows you to change the system name, but I bet you think that's like kissing your sister.

The reach around is to run something like this:
create table newtable as (select colA as newcolumn, colb, colc, cold,
cole... from oldtable) drop oldtable rename
