Coolest thing is Dieter from ARDGATE and Scott Klement both agree when
their solution is best and when the other's solution may be best. I
forget where that thread is.

I guess the biggest concern is the performance decision of do you wipe
everything out and replace periodically or do you just pump down changes.
And how do you do just changes. This may be where the "fee" packages
assist.
