+1. I'd like to see the source also.

From what I remember on the S/36 it didn't support wild cards like IBM i's
SAVLIB AP* but you could do a wildcard based on the stuff before the dot
like AP.FILE and AP.TEST could be saved with AP. Of course the dot in the
library name could cause issues with some query products and you might
have to start wrapping them with double quotes "AP.FILE" or it may think
it's schema AP and table FILE.
