We had a RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux - I forget the version) LAPR on
Power5+ along side OS/400-V5R4. I've since left that company and they
migrated to Power7, I'll check and see if the Linux environment is still
alive and well, it was also part of a HA infrastructure that was
geographically diverse.

If they respond favorably, I'll connect and get out of the way. If you
don't hear back, well.... I tried.
