Exit programs on the exit points. Check the current user against your list of users during the timeframe. If they are on your list allow them to log on. Otherwise, reject the transaction.

I need to develop a program that should not allow any user  to login into live system during some activity.
For this program we need to exclude few profiles that is a exception.
