  Notice how my "Subject:" line reflects the Opening Post; i.e. may 
subject-line is neither empty\blank, nor a generic "Digest" subject.

  Possibly the originator of the thread also could maintain the 
"Subject:" consistently, just like others have done.?

  The document to which you referred gives an *Answer* which in part 
offers "the steps to take to ensure the driver is registered" when "you 
receive this error" message.

  So.... Why are you asking the question [for which an answer seems so 
conspicuously to have been found, as offered by the IBM Technical 
Document 1219288]?
