First select a different system as the central system.

Well it turns out that I was mixing up Administration with Central (shows what I know about Ops.) When I went back again I noticed the difference and sure enough you can do it easily by right clicking on Management Central and then Change Central … from the pop-up. Once that is done the old one can be deleted.
