Some HA software uses the audit journal to replicate objects so the library
may not be "jorunalled" as such.

A better way to ask the question is - are they using HA Software, and if so
are they doing object replication against QGPL

Does the system mirror to another system (3rd party software) or remote

Is there security software that inspects and perhaps sets authority on

Journal all files in this lib?

All of these are interesting possibilities. It doesn't appear that the
library where the save files were placed (QGPL) is journaled.

Certainly things to look for if it happens again.
