I agree with Pete. I too am all for upgrading to the latest. But do it
smartly.

If you run Domino make sure you have your ducks in a row with this:

Check to see if your vendor requires that you be on a certain release. If
they still do not support 7.1 at all - dump them. They're stealing your
maintenance money, laying off developers and giving it all to their
holding company.
