QMQRY has been around about as long as head lice. You WILL have: ANZQRY,
RTVQMQRY, CRTQMQRY, STRQMQRY. You may only have STRQM if you have 57##ST1
"IBM DB2 Query Manager and SQL Development Kit for i". Which is cool to
have if you're embedding SQL into RPG.

RUNSQL should be available with 6.1 and 7.1 AT CERTAIN PTF LEVELS.
SF99701 Level 14 and SF99601 Level 25.
