Hi, Mike!

The DDM data queue itself cannot be keyed, in fact it cannot be anything
but a pointer to a remote data queue. So it all depends on whether the
remote data queue pointed to is keyed or not; if you have your DDM data
queue point to a remote data queue that is keyed, you should be good to
go.

Cheers,
Carsten

Subject: Keyed DDM data queues

Hi,

Need to communicate data between 2 iSeries machines so I thought I would
use a DDM data queue to point to a local queue. Only problem is that I
need the local queue to be keyed, only just found out that the DDM data
queue cannot be keyed!

Is there any way around this ? or will I have to use another solution
such as DDM physical files.

Was just keen to use data queues.

Many thanks for any help.
