I'm a little late in this thread but I saw this and had to respond. I have never seen a DVD produced using the Win7 native software work. You can create the DVD, read it with a Win7 box but the IBM i will not properly run from it.

Larry uses IMGBURN, I tend to use MagicISO. The most important thing is we create a DVD and test it. Win7 software just plain sucks wind in this regard.
