It depends on the tool, doesn't it? I wouldn't save the data anyway, since
it will become obsolete shortly after it is extracted, if you're querying
dynamic files.

So when you use a reporting tool, the data it generates is stored on the
400. So in case of CR, we should not save data with report option at the
very least.

As for reporting, PRTDSKINF is just sort of a wrapper for the output
file generated by RTVDSKINF, which is QAEZDISK. You can slice and
dice QAEZDISK however you like. Regarding retention: What I do is
save QAEZDISK to a CSV and download the CSV to my PC, where I can keep
historical data without taking up disk space on the i, and also use
PC-based tools to analyze it quicker and easier.
